We base our prices on the following rates (with no added VAT)

Carpets

Furnished properties priced between £3.50 to £4.00 a square metre. Unfurnished properties priced from £3.00 a square metre. Includes spot stain removal and flea treatment (on request) Scotchgard^TM protection £3.40 a square metre

Rugs

Cleaning can take place at our studio or in situ at your home depending on the prescribed clean. Prices range from £30 up depending on size, type of construction and the type of clean required. Full immersion wash charged from £3.00/sqft.

Upholstery - chairs, sofas and cushions

Priced between £20 - £35 a seat, depending on the size and number of loose cushions, type of fabric etc.

Additional costs?

We won’t charge more than the prices outlined above, and there is no added VAT.  We do operate a minimum charge of £80 in most cases.
